01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the j8ph9 online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, content, and functionality offered through the j8ph9 website and any associated mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and j8ph9 ("j8ph9," "we," "us," or "our").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing a wager, or otherwise using any j8ph9 service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with j8ph9's Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the j8ph9 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style gambling activities;
• You are physically located within a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of placing any wager;
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by j8ph9 or any relevant regulatory authority;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of j8ph9, or an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

By registering an account with j8ph9, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in this section. Providing false information regarding your age or identity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of j8ph9 services, you must register a player account. Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the j8ph9 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering your j8ph9 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times;
• Keep your j8ph9 Login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party;
• Notify j8ph9 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account;
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.

j8ph9 reserves the right to verify the identity of any player at any time, including during the withdrawal process. Verification may require submission of a government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the j8ph9 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). j8ph9 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya (Maya)
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your j8ph9 account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. j8ph9 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. j8ph9 processes withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within fifteen (15) minutes for fully verified accounts under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. j8ph9 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

All funds deposited into your j8ph9 account must be used for gaming purposes only. j8ph9 reserves the right to void any winnings and close any account where funds are deposited without genuine gaming intent, or where the Platform is used for money laundering or any other unlawful purpose.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

j8ph9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer on the j8ph9 Platform.

General bonus terms applicable to all j8ph9 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who have a fully registered and verified j8ph9 account;
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn;
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your j8ph9 account wallet;

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j8ph9 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or identity verification;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Exploiting any technical error, bug, or vulnerability in the Platform's software;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion;
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Engaging in any conduct that j8ph9 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

08 Responsible Gaming

j8ph9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. All responsible gaming tools are accessible directly within your j8ph9 account settings.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all j8ph9 players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your j8ph9 account;

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues;
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes caused by data feed failures or third-party provider issues;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your j8ph9 Login credentials;
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, or Philippine banks.

The j8ph9 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. j8ph9 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. j8ph9 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.

11 Privacy & Data

j8ph9 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the j8ph9 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data collected during registration and identity verification is used solely for account management, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention purposes;
• j8ph9 does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes;
• Transaction data is retained for the period required by applicable Philippine financial regulations;

12 Termination

j8ph9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Failure to satisfy identity verification requirements within the specified timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority;
• Determination that you are under 21 years of age;
• Any other conduct that j8ph9 determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the Platform, other players, or j8ph9's regulatory standing.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, j8ph9 reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your j8ph9 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

j8ph9 operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are encouraged to familiarize themselves with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

14 Amendments

j8ph9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, j8ph9 will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the j8ph9 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
